Importing Data

We have three methods for you to import data from your existing data base into the Volunteer Reporter. Two of the methods are free while the third costs $1000.

Import Assistant

Download the Import Assistant for free and do-it-yourself. It's easy and simple and we'll be glad to help you over the phone. The Import Assistant will import most of your existing data into the Reporter from dBase, Excel, Access, or comma delimited files. You can learn more about it and download the Import Assistant here from our Utilities page.

From a Competing Program

If you already own a competing program, we will convert your data for free. Call to see if your current program applies.

Custom Conversion

We offer a conversion service for a flat fee of $1000. We'll work with you to try to convert as much of your data as possible including individual hours records if we can. We won't charge you until we've had a chance to look at your data and give you a free assessment of what we'll be able to convert.
