Ordering is easy. Just call us so we can answer any last minute questions and take your order. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and purchase orders.

We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Renewing Tech Support

You can renew your yearly tech support and Web Assistant subscriptions on-line using a credit card.

Shipping

We ship via the U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail, so you should receive the Reporter within a few days.

Canadian Orders

Canadian customers can pay by either check or credit card. If paying by credit card, we will charge your card in US dollars. If paying by check, you may pay in either US or Canadian dollars. If paying by check in Canadian dollars, the price is the same as if paying in US dollars. We ship to Canada using the Postal Service and you should receive the Reporter within a week.

International Orders

If ordering from outside the U.S., we only accept credit cards and will supply the Reporter electronically over the Internet. We will charge your card in US dollars. Email us with your information.

W9 and Taxpayer Identification Number

Some organizations need to know our Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) in order to process payments. and we'll email a W9 back to you.
