RSVPs, FGPs, and SCPs occasionally are required to file a Station Roster with their state offices. The Volunteer Reporter produces exactly what they are required to file as approved by the Corporation for National and Community Service. You need version 5.3 or greater of the Reporter.

To produce a Station Roster for the Corporation for National Service:
1. Find out what version of the Reporter you have by clicking on Help | About. You need version 5.3 or greater.
2. If you have version 5.3, click on Help | Live Update. This will update you to the newest version of 5.3. The new Station Roster format was introduced in 5.3e.
3. Click on Spreadsheets | Station Roster to create the spreadsheet.
4. In Excel, after checking it over, click on Save. It is already named as the Corporation wants it - starting with either RSVP, FGP, or SCP, followed by your project's name.
5. In Excel, click on File | Send To | Mail Recipient to send the station roster spreadsheet as an attachment to an email to your state office.
