With your original purchase you receive a year of free telephone technical support and software upgrades. After that, you can purchase unlimited toll-free telephone help and software upgrades for $300/year. This assures you get the most out of your Reporter because you always have the newest version and you can call whenever you need an answer.

If you don't have the newest version of the Reporter, the cost is $400 which will upgrade you to the newest version plus give you technical support and software upgrades for a year.

The Support / Upgrade Bundle is optional, but it's the only way to receive telephone technical support or to upgrade the Reporter. You cannot buy either support or upgrades separately because we've found you'll be most productive when you have the latest version of the Reporter and when you feel free to call and ask questions.

You can always ask questions for free via email at . We try to respond as quickly as possible, but if we experience a backlog, our telephone support gets first priority.
