Version 5.4a

Version 5.4a fixed two unusual problems. The first problem was the Reporter seemed to freeze if Windows was using French Canadian regional settings. The second problem was with the Volunteer Hours report which didn’t always reset job subtotals if two volunteers in a row worked at the same job. Both of these problems are now fixed.
