Version 6.8b

Fixed several bugs with the Touch-Screen Assistant. There are no changes to the Volunteer Reporter itself. The Touch-Screen Assistant is now at version 6.8a.
In the Touch-Screen Assistant the scanning of ID cards wasn’t working.
The text of messages sent to volunteers when they sign in was not scaling correctly and was far too large on many touch-screens.
The extra job counts were not correctly positioned and were overlapping.
A number of screen elements were not scaling correctly leading to text overlapping other text or being cut off.
