The error log resides inside the Reporter’s Program folder.
Locate the Error Log
In the Reporter click on the Help menu | About the Volunteer Reporter.
Note the path to the Program Folder. Usually it’s C:\Reporter\Program or C:\Program Files\Reporter.
Email the File
- Open a new email addressed to support@volsoft.com
- Put your city and state in the subject.
- Click to attach a file and browse to \Reporter\Program\errorlog.txt
- Attach errorlog.txt
- Send it to us.
