Hours plus Lifetime Hours Spreadsheet, Active Only

The report that will give you Hours plus Lifetime Hours is the Hours Served Summary by Volunteer Spreadsheet. The spreadsheets give more data than you need so that you can choose just which columns you want to keep and delete all the others.

The Lifetime Hours on reports calculate as of today, no matter how you set the date. The number of hours in the Lifetime Hours field matches the amount in the volunteer’s record.

Hours reports normally include even terminated volunteers if they served hours during the period, so to exclude terminated volunteers you need a filter. Use the filter to exclude terminated volunteers when you run the spreadsheet.
