In summary, purchase entitles you to use the Reporter on unlimited work stations as long as each work station is in the same office location. If the work stations are in separate locations, we require that you purchase a copy of the Reporter for each additional location. We offer substantial discounts for multiple copies.

Our products are licensed as follows.
- The Volunteer Reporter is licensed per location.
- The Touch-Screen Assistant is licensed per kiosk.
- The Web Assistant requires a separate subscription for each data set.
