In our experience performance lag is not inherent in the software, it’s an issue with the network setup. If it bogs down as you add more users, you need to increase or tweak your network resources to accommodate more database processing.
These performance results would point to the current network setup as the weakness:
- The Reporter works well with one user.
- The Reporter bogs down with more users.
- The Reporter previously performed with no problem until a computer upgrade or server change.
