Touch-Screen Assistant Hours Missing
Question: We have noticed that data from Touchscreen entered logins/logouts are not reflected in the desktop app.
Answer A: Both Touchscreen Assistant and VR desktop need to be pointed to the same network share where the database resides.
Answer B: The kiosk hours were not being approved in the desktop frontend so, of course, they were not showing up in the reports, etc. In Settings “Manually approve any time over [___] hours before posting” you can set hours to automatically enter the database up to the number specified in the field. Setting this limit to 0 indicates that all hours must be approved before posting.
